Submission Guide

Submit full papers (4 to 6 pages) in PDF format following strictly IConTOP style. Prescribed styles (LaTeX and Office) may be downloaded from this page. Paper length more than 6 pages will be charged. The authors are earnestly requested to adhere to the prescribed format so as to create quality proceedings.

Office Users may download the office format files using the following links

The PAGE size should be set to A4 and Times New Roman font must be used (all those will be programatically set in LaTeX by the class file).

But, office users may need to manually set the PAGE size to A4. Office users must also remember to set the PDF output PAGE size to A4.

Linux users can use pdflatex of TeXLive, which is already present in all Linux distributions. Windows users can use pdflatex of MikTeX. It may be downloaded free following the link for MikTeX. 

How to Submit

After you have prepared your paper following the prescribed format, you MUST submit the PDF file online using EasyChair submission login for IConTOP.

No papers will be considered through email

The submitted paper file size should be within 3 Mb limit
